I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the French Quarter, the condition of the rooms left a bit to be desired with their dated decor. The staff was friendly, but I found the service to be quite chaotic, especially during busy times. Dining was on the pricier side and didn't meet my expectations for a four-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing.
